                                in Iowa, Tennessee, Alabama, & England.  Cedric can sell.  All stores

                                were #1 or #2 in their market.  The England store was #1 in the entire

                                United Kingdom.  

EDUCATION         Cedric was voted one of the top Advertising graduates of Drake University.

REAL ESTATE       Cedric has been involved in buying, leasing and selling real estate all

                                 over the  world.  Experience with farms, homes, development land
